Refund Policy

1. The User (an individual or legal entity that has paid for the provision of services on the site https://mig.institute/) always has the right to unilaterally refuse to receive services provided by the Service Provider LLC “International Gestalt Institute” (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider “).

2. If the User refuses to receive services, the Provider is obliged to return to the User the funds paid for such services.

3. The amount to be refunded when purchasing access to individual courses and other services is determined according to the following rules:

3.1. The Provider shall return to the User the amount paid by him in full if the User has notified the Provider in writing of his unwillingness to take the course in the following cases:

3.3. The amount received by the Service Provider for the product “Author’s Supervision Group of Viktor Bogachenko” can be returned for one calendar month, if the Service User has warned about the refusal of the service no later than 72 hours before the start of the service.

3.4. The amount received by the Service Provider for the product “Theoretical and Applied Course “Practical Neurology”” can be returned for one calendar month, if the Service User has warned about the refusal of the service no later than 72 hours before its start.

3.5. The amount received by the Service Provider for the product “Workshop “Hope and Fear in Therapeutic Relationship”” can be returned for one calendar month if the Service User warned about the refusal of the service no later than 72 hours before the start of the service.

3.6. The amount received by the Service Provider for the Digital Gestalt Training Course product. Online Gestalt Therapy: Peculiarities of Group Management” can be returned one calendar month in advance, if the Service User warned about the cancellation of the service no later than 72 hours before the start of the service.

3.7. The amount received by the Service Provider for the product “Author’s School of Immersive Psychotherapy and Life Creation “Soul and Street” Gestalt Approach” can be returned for one calendar month, if the Service User warned about the refusal of the service no later than 72 hours before its start.

3.8. The amount received by the Service Provider for the product “Specialization “Theory of Development and Gestalt Approach” Gestalt Approach” can be returned for one calendar month if the Service User warned about the refusal of the service no later than 72 hours before the start of the service.

3.9. The amount received by the Service Provider for the product “Introductory course “Gestalt therapy in the tradition of Claudio Naranjo”” can be returned for one calendar month, if the Service User has warned about the refusal of the service no later than 72 hours before the start of the service.

3.10. The amount received by the Service Provider for the product “Educational program        “Gestalt Approach in Psychopathology”” can be returned for one calendar month, if the Service User has warned about the refusal of the service no later than 72 hours before the start of the service.

3.11. The amount received by the Service Provider for the product “Specialization in working with psychosomatics in the Gestalt approach” can be returned for one calendar month, if the Service User warned about the refusal of the service no later than 72 hours before the start of the service.

3.12. The amount received by the Service Provider for the product “I International Online Case Presentation Conference” can be returned for one calendar month if the Service User warned about the cancellation of the service no later than 72 hours before the start of the service.

3.12 In other cases, the User is refunded the amount of payment for the course, workshop, lecture, specialization according to the following formula: N= P/L*S

N – refund amount;

P – the cost of the course on the day of purchase;

L – the number of lessons in the course;

S – the number of lessons that were received by the user for access;

Access to the Course is considered to be any of the following actions: entering the functional page of the course, viewing any lesson from the Course, opening theoretical material or homework posted in the User’s personal account;

4. The costs associated with the return of funds (including the commission of the payment system) are borne by the User and are deducted from the amount returned.

5. To refuse the services provided, the User must inform the Supplier of his desire to stop receiving the services and provide the name of the services. The specified message is sent to the Supplier at the e-mail address: info@mig.institute. The Provider terminates the User’s access to the service or to the services provided within three business days from the receipt of the relevant message.

6. For a refund, the User sends an application in the form provided by the Supplier. Refunds are made within thirty working days from the date of receipt of the application in the same way and using the same details as the payment was made by the User.
